Portions of two secondary roads near the Allegheny-Washington County line, just north of where the Findlay Connector will tie in to U.S. Route 22, will close on Monday, July 19 and remain closed until late this year to facilitate ongoing construction of the first part of the proposed Southern Beltway system.

  • Old Steubenville Pike from Campbell Road to Robinson Church Road .

Detours are being posted to guide motorists around the restricted areas. Both roads are to be reopened sometime in December 2004.

Smith & Johnson Construction Company of Columbus , Ohio is the Turnpike Commission’s general contractor at $45.9 million.
