Philadelphia, PA – The Pennsylvania Turnpike is
advising motorists that there will be single lane patterns eastbound
and westbound on the mainline Turnpike in the vicinity of the Fort
Washington Interchange (Exit #26/338) Tuesday, April 2 through Friday,
April 5, between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. as PENNDOT continues
work on their Route 309 project. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN AND
USE EXTRA CAUTION WHEN APPROACHING AND ENTERING THE CONSTRUCTION ZONE AND
BE AWARE OF CHANGING TRAFFIC PATTERNS AS CREWS SET TEMPORARY BARRIER.
