TRAFFIC ADVISORY:
ALL TRAFFIC IN LEHIGH TUNNEL WILL BE RESTRICTED TO SOUTHBOUND TUBE, ONE LANE TRAFFIC IN EACH DIRECTION DEC. 28, 29, 30

 PHILADELPHIA, PA --- The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is advising Turnpike motorists who use the Lehigh Tunnel on the Northeast Extension, I-476, MP 50.7 – 51.5, that on Dec. 28, 29 and 30, lanes in the northbound tunnel will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., due to electrical repairs. Northbound and southbound traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction through the southbound tunnel. Motorists are urged to reduce speed and remain alert through this changing traffic pattern.
