TRAFFIC ADVISORY:
TURNPIKE STOPS TRAFFIC ON 22 AND 376 FOR BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION NEAR PITTSBURGH INTERCHANGE (EXIT 6), ALLEGHENY COUNTY

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is alerting motorists of intermittent traffic stoppages on State Route 22 and Interstate 376. Beginning Saturday May 15 at midnight until noon on Sunday May 16, weather permitting, east and westbound traffic on SR 22 and eastbound I-376 Turnpike ramp traffic to Murrysville will be subject to intermittent stoppages lasting no longer than 15 minutes each in duration.

Traffic must be stopped for the erection of steel girders for the bridge carrying traffic exiting the Turnpike at Pittsburgh Interchange to SR 22 and I-376 westbound.

Motorists are urged to expect delays in this area during this time frame. Travelers are also urged to use caution in this and all construction areas.
