TRAFFIC ADVISORY:
INTERMITTENT DAYTIME CLOSURES ON COYLE CURTAIN ROAD
IN WASHINGTON COUNTY BEGINNING MONDAY, MAY 10, 1999

A section of Coyle Curtain Road in Fallowfield Township, Washington County will be subjected to intermittent daytime closures for about two weeks starting Monday, May 10 due to construction of the Mon/Fayette Expressway.

Crews will be erecting steel beams for small twin bridges that will carry the new expressway over Coyle Curtain Road at an interchange with Coyle Curtain Road.

The closures will affect Coyle Curtain Road between Dairy Road/Bogdan Road east of the new expressway and Walnut Ridge Road west of the Mon/Fayette alignment. They will occur between 7 AM and 6 PM for periods of about 15 minutes.

Closures are not expected to occur on Saturdays or Sundays unless work is hampered by inclement weather earlier in the week. Any weekend closures would occur on Saturdays only.

Coyle Curtain Road runs east west between Pa. Route 88 and Pa. Route 481 in the Monongahela area.
