TRAFFIC ADVISORY:
TRAFFIC STOPPAGES TO OCCUR ON TURNPIKE IN BEDFORD COUNTY 

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is advising motorists of intermittent stoppages in traffic on Wednesday, March 10 and Tuesday, March 16, 1999 from mileposts 152 to 154 between the Bedford (Exit 11) and Breezewood (Exit 12) Interchanges in Bedford County.

Weather permitting the intermittent stoppages will occur between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. Each stoppage will last no longer than 15 minutes in duration.

All lanes of traffic, both east and westbound, will be subject to the intermittent stoppages, due to the scaling of rocks along the eastbound slope of the road.

Turnpike travelers are advised to expect delays while traveling the Turnpike in this area. Motorists are also urged to use caution in this and all construction areas.
